• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and materials already purchased.
• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no additional cost.

7. Property Access and Conditions

• You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of services.
• You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property features that may affect our work.
• White Maple Custom Outdoor Kitchen is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or features.

8. Warranties and Guarantees
